China delegation visits Indiana Statehouse

Members of the China delegation from Liaoning University toured the Indiana Statehouse on Tuesday, Jan. 23, 2007. During the visit, the delegation met with Lt. Gov. Skillman and were recognized by both the House of Representatives and the Senate.
